Checkout is done through paypal.  Shipping and taxes will be added at the paypal checkout.

Shipping rates are as follows:

$10 shipping for orders $0.01-$49.99.

$12 shipping for orders $50-$99.99.

$16 shipping for orders $100-$199.99.

If you live in the far north, extra shipping charges will apply; you'll receive a paypal invoice for the extra shipping once we know exactly how much it will be.
